Hiring: Resource and Enrollment Coordinator. The Susan J Rheem Adult Day Center is in search of a full time Resource and Enrollment Coordinator to join our team. The Resource and Enrollment Coordinator will be the first point of contact for new participants and family caregivers. This role involves managing participant inquiries, facilitating tours, completing the enrollment process and connecting participants and family caregivers with community resources to support them aging in place.

This position pays $21.00/hr. plus incentives

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and requirements;

· Must have administrative experience working in health services.

· Strong organizational and communication skills.

· Dementia Care experience preferred

· Compassionate, outgoing and positive attitude.

· Must be 21 years of age or older.

· Ability to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

· Must pass urine drug screen.
