Sometimes the most meaningful changes are the ones people didn’t expect.
"Susan" recently shared that she hasn’t needed her anti-anxiety medication for several weeks. She had been using it as needed for a long time, but lately, she’s been feeling calm enough that it hasn’t come up.
She’s sleeping well.
She feels more steady.
And during sessions, we’re seeing something important shift.
Instead of becoming overwhelmed or slipping into that familiar stress response, she’s able to pause, process, and move through the moment with more control.
That’s not about trying harder.
She's experiencing the brain and nervous system functioning differently.
