Nestled in the pines at 6000 feet above the desert floor and five minutes from downtown Prescott, AZ, Heavenlyoga is just that, a peaceful, tranquil environment to do your best yoga practice with certified instructors. Classes offered at YOUR level of fitness allow you to feel comfortable and challenged while being encouraged to recognize the more of who you are. We promote and support your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Owner Karen vanBarneveld-Price is a registered Yoga teacher with over 25 years of yoga experience, becoming certified to teach Iyengar Hatha yoga in May of 2009. Since becoming certified Karen has studied and taught Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, senior’s yoga and yoga dance extensively. Heavenlyoga studio is located across the driveway from her residence over-looking Prescott with views of Thumb Butte, Prescott Valley and on clear days, the Flagstaff Twin Peaks. Heavenlyoga offers classes to the community
on a donation only basis.

Hello everyone! I'm thrilled to announce that 10 participants signed up for the Heavenlyoga App, and we're now well into the second week of our six-week challenge.

So far, everyone is navigating the weekly challenges wonderfully and discovering new aspects of their bodies.

I've received fantastic feedback, which will help me enhance the app further.

My goal is to provide safe, high-quality yoga, nutrition, and meditation content that you can access in the comfort of your own environment, at any time of the day or night.

Stay tuned for more updates on these Heavenly Yogis and their challenges.

Classes offered at YOUR level of fitness allow you to feel comfortable and challenged while being encouraged to recognize the more of who you are. We promote and support your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Karen vanBarneveld-Price is a registered Yoga teacher with over 29 years of yoga experience, taught by an Iyengar certified instructor, Karen became certified to teach Hatha yoga in May of 2009. Since becoming certified Karen has studied and taught Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, senior’s yoga, restorative and yoga nidra extensively. Heavenlyoga has offered classes to the community on a donation only basis for over 10 years.
