I got to Rock My Socks (for World Down Syndrome Day) at the Maine Occupational Therapy Association (MeOTA) Spring Conference at Husson University today! It was great to be around other OTs and get to share ideas, research, and laughs! It was a great day! 🧦💡

Lucky Charms graphing (sorting with tongs, coloring in the corresponding number of marshmallows, grouping the cereal by 5s, counting by 5s, and some writing) is the activity of the day! As you can tell, many skills being addressed! ✅️

The students have also worked on Wanted posters for leprechaun! Be on the lookout! 🍀

Festive hat day at Washburn! Last day there until the new year! I hope everyone has a wonderful Winter Break and a Happy New Year! 📣

Yesterday was the 67th day of school at Washburn. The school went all put with posters, balloons, 6-7 activities, and shirts for the teachers.😵‍💫 In OT we did mazes and these agamographs! They were so much of a hit that some of the middle schoolers "borrowed" them. Haha 😅 They were promptly returned and sent home with the kids that made them!
