Some benefits include:

2. Improved sleep quality
3. Enhanced focus and concentration
4. Boosted self-esteem and confidence
5. Support for emotional healing and balance

Perfect attendance can be a double-edged sword for children. While it might seem beneficial, there are potential downsides:

- Burnout: Encouraging perfect attendance can lead to kids pushing themselves to attend school even when they're not feeling well, which can prolong recovery or worsen their condition.
- Impact on mental health: Pressure to maintain perfect attendance can add stress and anxiety.
- Missing out on mental health days: Kids might feel forced to attend school even when they need a mental health day.

It's essential to prioritize childrens physical and mental well-being over attendance. Encouraging them to take care of themselves when needed can lead to better overall health and academic performance in the long run and in turn set them up for success as adults. As they'll better recognize the benefit in rest versus working themselves to burnout.
