The Northern Lighthouse, Inc. TNLH is dedicated to supporting the well-being of youth and families. TNLH has one of the largest Outpatient Therapy departments in Aroostook County.

We provide Targeted & Adult Case Management, Outpatient Therapy, HCT, Section 28 Direct Care, and a 24/7 emergency youth shelter: Safe Harbor Youth Shelter. With 12 certified therapists and friendly, experienced staff, we’re able to provide the best care for adults and children with mental and behavioral disabilities. TNLH is a nonprofit organization that provides mental health services for children and adults of all ages who have intellectual disabilities or mental health disorders. TNLH primarily serves families in Aroostook and Kennebec counties, but also serves populations across Maine through telehealth services.

🍀 Color the Clovers Green!
Our Section 28 – Direct Care Services program believes that some of the best learning happens out in the community. That’s why we’re launching our Color the Clovers Green fundraising campaign for March — and we need your help to make it a success!

Through our program, we support clients as they build coping skills, social confidence, and meaningful connections. One of the most powerful ways we do this is by participating in community activities that allow our clients to practice these skills in real-world settings.

From bowling at Northern Lanes Bowling Alley, to exploring the Francis Malcolm Science Center, to many other local adventures, these outings give our clients opportunities to:

🍀Practice social interaction and communication

🍀Build coping skills

🍀Strengthen decision-making and independence

Community activities come with costs such as admission fees and activity expenses. That’s where Color the Clovers Green comes in!

By donating, you’ll help us fill our clovers with green and grow a fund dedicated entirely to helping our clients participate in enriching community experiences.
