LiveWell is growing! You've asked for another late day class and Christina Is granting that wish! Join her Mondays 5-6pm for Beat Boxing Fitness.

Meet Christina:
Christina Olsen, proud Mom of two growing boys, and wife to Josh. I am employed by MSAD #1 as a Special Ed tech. I’ve been on my fitness journey for over 15 years. I’ve tried and loved many different kinds of workouts both at home and out, but most of all I love the support and friendships that come from group classes. Over the past year and a half I’ve lost 30 pounds with Beat Boxing Fitness. I love it so much, for the first time it made me want to dip my toes into instructing because I know others will love it too. I’m extremely excited to start this journey and hope others come along for the ride!!! I can’t wait to introduce this program. I love people and sharing their happiness. I’m so excited to share this fun, healthy, empowering feeling with everyone!!
