We are committed to helping adults who are recovering after a hospital or facility stay, or need additional support to remain safely at home and avoid unnecessary hospital or nursing home admissions. As a team we provide important services that allow consumers to live independently; such activity could include but not limited bathing, dressing, assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, skin care, maintaining continence, toileting, eating/feeding, supervision and medication reminders, rides to appointments, companionship, meal preparation, routine housework; grocery shopping and storage of purchased groceries; dusting, bed changes, drop off and pick up of prescriptions, laundry either within the residence or at an outside laundry facility.
