Start The New Year With Our Better By The Week Challenge
We want to help you create the healthiest you! It is about the habits we have that take us where we want to go! Lets get started with our Kick Off Party Monday January 12th at 6 pm at Groll Family Fitness!
In our Eight Week Health Challenge, we will focus on building habits that create the results you want to reach your personal health goals. Our Health Coaches and Trainers will help guide you on this journey. Eight weeks is definitely just the start but you will be well on your way to creating the life you want to lead.

Save your calories for the food you actually love. Sugary drinks add up fast—water keeps you full and feeling good.

🥦 2. Lean & Green First
Build your plate with protein + veggies before diving into the carbs. Fill up on the good stuff, then choose the treats that are truly worth it.

🛑 3. Just Say No
Holiday food pushers are real 😂 but your goals matter. You’re in charge of what goes on your plate.

🐢 4. The Two-Bite Rule
The best flavor is in the first two bites! Slow down, enjoy it, and skip the mindless overeating.

🥗 5. Bring Your Own Dish
Not sure what’s being served? Bring something delicious and healthy so you have a solid option.

🧘 6. De-Stress the Holidays
Stress = cravings. Use the 3 R’s: Remove what you can, Relieve with movement or deep breaths, and Reduce by shifting your mindset.

Happy National Cocoa Day!
Cozy up guilt-free with our favorite healthy hot cocoa recipes.
Check out this recipe from Jeannine, our certified dietitian, and enjoy the comfort without the crash.

Healthy Hot Cocoa
(Low-Sugar, High-Protein)
Serves: 1

Calories: ~120–150
(depending on protein powder)

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1–2 tsp maple syrup, honey, or 1–2 packets stevia/monk fruit
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)
¼ tsp vanilla
Pinch of sea salt
Optional:
pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp collagen

Instructions
Heat the almond milk in a saucepan until warm (not boiling).
Whisk in cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
Turn heat off and whisk in the protein powder (don’t boil protein).
Blend with a frother for a creamy “latte” texture.
