Happy Sunday evening, friends!!
We hope your weekend was filled with love, good conversations, and maybe even a little rest.
We’re stepping into this week feeling genuinely excited, (in a grounded, “look what we’re building together” kind of way).
First… we’ve been keeping a little secret.
Our website is officially updated!!! You can now book all fitness, art, meditation/sound bath classes AND Red Light Therapy, Migun Bed sessions, and sauna appointments directly through our site. www.HealingArtsCenter.net
That means you can reserve your spot any time, any date, from anywhere. For our small but mighty community, this feels like a big step forward.
ALSO….We are open on Presidents Day (tomorrow), so this is the perfect week to try it out (especially if you’ve been thinking about starting Red Light Therapy to help with those winter blues.)
Since so many of you asked, we’ve updated all of our class descriptions. When you’re browsing, you can now click into each class and read exactly what to expect before reserving your seat.
We know many of you like to feel informed before walking into something new. We do too. We've also made our schedule LIVE, so that you stay update with new classes, cancellations or changes to instructors.
