Through the steady rhythm of a ceremonial drum circle and the layered vibrations of a sound bath, this evening offers space to release what no longer serves and ground into the year ahead.

As we move through the holidays and into the new year, we’re deeply grateful for this community and the opportunity to continue growing in ways that better support your care.
Please take a moment to review our holiday hours through January 1st in the slides above.

We’re also excited to share some wonderful news — please join us in welcoming Kim and Sarah as permanent members of our massage therapy team!! As part of expanding our offerings, they’ve also opened their schedules to include Sunday massage appointments from 11am–5pm, by appointment only.

If you’re in need of a reset after Christmas, ( whether from travel, stress, or simply the fullness of the season) Sunday can be a beautiful time to receive care. You’re welcome to call on Saturday to book a Sunday appointment for this week.
