Stacy Green at Mustard Seed Wellness Stacy Green is a holistic lifestyle consultant. She uses ZYTO technology,and Liveo2 in her practice. When our body is in balance, it knows how to heal itself.

After all, we have an amazing Creator! Finding that balance is key. As a former high school teacher with a Master’s Degree in science education and certified nutritional consultant, I love finding the science that backs wellness support. Just as important, however, is considering how emotional health is tied to your physical health and well-being. I am a member of the Academy of Comprehensive Integrative Medicine and certified to use Zyto Technology as decision support software to determine which supplements, lifestyle changes and therapies are right for you. In 2019 I added Live O2 multi step oxygen therapy to the office. It is another great tool for wellness.

UPDATE ON MY HUME BAND EXPERIENCE SO FAR:

I've had my band for about six weeks now. I've really enjoyed tracking my sleep and HRV. It's nice to measure a difference as I try different supplements and peptides. However, at least once a week the band will completely miss hours of my sleep. A poor sleep score factors into your overall health score for the week. That's a bummer. Also, your weekly score depends on information from their scale called the Hume Body Pod. I ended up buying a used Hume Body Pod scale off of Ebay at a fraction of the cost. I like tracking my body composition but in one of my health forums many participants are not seeing accurate results when compared to the gold standard dexa scan. Right now, the Hume app is 84% confident of the accuracy of my results and I am personally a little less confident that it is the perfect Christmas gift for someone at this time.

I've wanted an Oura Ring to track heart rate variability and sleep quality for a while, but after trying my husband and daughter's ring on, I wasn't sure if I'd get used to the size of it. I decided to get Hume Band. I'll report back on my experience. It takes some time to "get to know you".
