Hope everyone is staying safe this weekend. We have a significant update to our phone systems on Tuesday, 2 December, from 9am to 12pm.

I truly understand that sometimes technology is more painful than helpful, but I say this update will be a plus for all of us. The new phone system is meshed with our processing software to make it easier to call in and fill your presentation without waiting for someone. And many more options that help us internally.

We also included the app for you to use if you feel the need to send in your prescriptions. DM me if you need instructions for downloading and installing the app on your phone.

We want to inform you that our Pharmacy will be open on

Wednesday, November 26,
from 9 am to 1 pm, and closed on Thursday, November 27, in observance of Thanksgiving.

We will resume regular business hours on Friday, November 28.

Hello everyone, we are writing to notify you that we will be changing phone providers on Friday, November 21. You may encounter some issues during the morning hours, but you will be able to leave a message when calling. We kindly request that you leave a message, as we will be checking them regularly. Please be aware that we will be unable to receive calls, but we will be able to return your call.

We finally have an app for you’re prescription needs

If you are an iPhone user do the following;

1. Go to the App Store on your iphone
2. Search for FillMyReffills
3. You need to download FillMyRefill 2.0, launch the App (remeber to download Version 2.0)
4. Add the pharmacy zip code: 61356
5. Add the pharmacy phone #: 815-872-3251
6. If you previously created the account on the web site you can login to you account using your user name and PW; if not than tap on Get started
7. Answe any field in question
8. After completing the requested information, now you have access to all your meds

Android user go to you’re google store and follow the same directions

Let us know if you have any issues and will be more than happy to help you setup you account

Wishing everyone a pleasant Sunday. I hope you're staying dry this weekend. I'm sharing our progress with our beloved state Illinois. We received a mid-July email from the state acknowledging a mistake dating back to January 2025, which has now been rectified, enabling us to process RX requests normally. Unfortunately, I'm unable to share the letter with you to show how the state conducts business with small community, women/veteran owned businesses.
