What Is a Stretch Session❓

A stretch session is a guided, hands-on mobility treatment where a trained practitioner helps move your body through targeted stretches you can’t effectively do on your own. Unlike a traditional massage, you stay clothed and actively participate as your provider gently lengthens muscles, opens joints, and improves range of motion.

I’m so excited to welcome our new service and provider to the Vessel community!

Sandy Ingram, Assisted Stretching Specialist, has 18 years of service in healthcare and is passionate about helping others. She is thrilled to bring stretching, improved range of motion, and functional movement to our space. Her sessions are designed to help you move better, feel lighter, and increase your everyday mobility with intention and ease.

Whether you’re wanting to improve flexibility, recover from workouts, reduce tension, or support your long-term movement health, Sandy offers a truly transformative approach.

This is a private Facebook group for anyone who would like to participate in this free 5 to Thrive challenge starting Oct 1 and running through to Dec 31. (3 days of grace included 😉)

I planned to do this on my own but thought some of you may like the accountability to finish the year strong, too. I am 1 year postpartum and looking to build back my foundation of wellness. Future me sees these 5 habits as my standard of normal.
