Our hospital affiliation and focus on prevention make us stand out in a fitness industry crowded with gyms that cannot offer our level of care. It is our goal and mission to provide our members the proper environment, education, motivation, and professional instruction to achieve their fitness goals. Since 2003, Princeton Fitness & Wellness has offered the best equipment and programming in the area to help ensure the most positive outcomes for our members. Our 40,000 square foot facility offers a large selection of strength and cardio equipment, over 150 group fitness classes per week including Les Mills™ and Zumba™, an Aquatic Center with 3 pools, FitKids programming, Physical Therapy and so much more. If our facility is impressive, then our staff is unparalleled. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain strength, rehabilitate from an injury, or advance your athletic skills, our highly qualified staff will create a results-based program just for you. We begin with a Health Risk Assessment with a Nurse, followed by a Functional Movement Screening with a Personal Trainer. We then monitor each member’s progress with a complimentary re-evaluation with a Personal Trainer every 60 days, and re-evaluation with our Nurse every 90 days. We are confident that prevention is the future of health care, and we look forward to helping members of all ages and fitness levels achieve optimum health. Happy Lunar New Year! 🧧

On Tuesday, we celebrated with Instructor Lily and a special Chinese New Year ZUMBA® class ringing in the Year of the Horse! 🐎

A huge thank you to Lily for generously donating all of the raffle prizes — something she does every single year. We’re so grateful for her and the joy she brings to our community.

Congratulations to Personal Trainer of the Month, Harry!

🎓 Education & Certifications: B.S. in Exercise Science from Rutgers University

💪 Specialties: Hypertrophy training, general fitness, senior training, functional training, and post-rehab training

🥁 Fun Fact: "I played percussion in high school, a passion that was ultimately cut short due to disputes over drumstick ownership. Do not hesitate to ask for details."

"As someone who has studied and worked for several years in roles related to health and fitness, personal training has allowed me—in a way that no other method has—to work closely with people to help them become healthier, reach their goals, and function optimally."
