Today we took a few of our residents out to Culver’s for burgers, fries, and of course those famous frozen custards. The smiles, laughter, and special one-on-one time made it such a fun outing. Getting out into the community always makes the day extra special! 💙

We let the good times roll with a festive feast of gumbo, jambalaya, red beans & rice, cornbread, creamy Cajun stuffed shells, and delicious desserts like banana foster cheesecake and pecan pie tartlets — topped off with strawberry daiquiris!

The afternoon brought even more fun with a pancake toss, Mardi Gras trivia, and King Cake (everyone hoping to find the baby!). Edwin and Mary Ellen were crowned Mardi Gras King and Queen! Congratulations! đź‘‘
