This week at our staff holiday party, we proudly announced the nominees and recipients of our Star Awards.
What made this moment especially meaningful was hearing excerpts from the nominations themselves—thoughtful words written by frontline team members recognizing their peers. When an entire department comes together to nominate an individual, sharing nothing but praise for their hard work, dedication, and character, it speaks volumes about both the employee and the culture they help create.
The looks on our winners’ faces were truly priceless. We couldn’t be prouder, or more grateful, to have each and every one of them as part of the Carnegie family. ⭐
