From conducting nutrition assessments to collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, she does everything with a heart for the population we serve and always wears a smile and upbeat attitude!

It’s Long-Term Care Administrator’s Week, and we want to take this opportunity to recognize our magnificent leaders!

Stefanie Compton has been our Administrator/CEO for over eight years. She sets high expectations in order to maintain the level of care that our residents deserve, but she leads by example in those expectations. She has such a heart for the population we serve and for our staff members as well. Stefanie truly cares about each member of our team and goes out of her way to show her appreciation. She not only lends her skills to leading our facility, but she advocates for long-term care at the state and national levels every chance she gets, serves on many committees, and advocates for many worthy causes. Stefanie is a gift, and we are so glad she is leading our team.

Christie Bailey has been a part of PHCC for over two decades! She is our Director of Nursing and also has her Nursing Home Administrator licensure. There aren’t many questions you could ask about resident care, regulations, or nursing practices that Christie wouldn’t have the answer for. She is extremely knowledgeable and keeps our residents’ well-being top of mind. She’s always willing to share her knowledge and teach others, and she makes PHCC better by being a part of it. It also doesn’t hurt that she’s quick witted and can crack a joke to lighten nearly any situation. Christie is as dedicated as they come.

We are incredibly fortunate to have both of these ladies guiding us at Princeton Health Care Center. When it comes to leadership, we are blessed with the best!

March is , and when we tell you that even a whole month isn’t enough time to recognize all that our Social Services department does, we aren’t exaggerating. It’s a month of celebrating Emily Spearen, Director of Social Services and Admissions, and Sarah Hart, Licensed Social Worker, and it is greatly deserved.

Our compassionate social workers advocate for our residents and serve as their voice in difficult situations. They connect families with resources and provide guidance when they aren’t sure which way to turn. They build relationships with each resident and will go far out of their way to make sure that they have everything they need. Their roles require heart and a passion for their line of work.

We are incredibly fortunate to have Emily and Sarah in our Social Services department. Thank you, ladies, for the work you do for our residents!

Please help us congratulate our March Employee of the Month, Tammy Sizemore! 🎉

At PHCC, our mission is to provide more than care. We strive to provide peace, comfort, and reassurance to every family who walks through our doors. This month, Tammy has been recognized not once, but TWICE, by a resident's family who experienced exactly that.

The resident's family member initially shared:
“Our entire family is rejoicing to have Daddy in the perfect place for him! The staff treat everyone like a celebrity.
I saw a worker waiting to be picked up at the door — this weather, you know. She asked if she could help me. I told her no, she was ready to leave. She insisted she help.
My dad had been there for 24 hours and she knew who he was. She walked me all the way to the room. Every staff member was being so nice and spoke so kindly. I really didn’t think a place like that could exist.”

That same family member later reached back out, saying:
“I am so impressed with the staff at PHCC! Words cannot express the peace it gives me and my family. The lady that helped me last week was there today and was extra helpful again. Her name is Tammy.”

These nominations are just the tip of the iceberg of what makes Tammy Sizemore an amazing part of our team for over 24 years. Even at the end of a long day, Tammy chooses to serve. She remembers names. She walks families to rooms. She brings calm to emotional moments. She is a blessing to the residents and families we serve.

Tammy, thank you for giving families peace of mind and treating our residents like the celebrities they are. Your compassion and dedication do not go unnoticed.
