Yesterday we honored our fantastic Billing Manager, Elaine Gross, for nearly two decades of hard work, integrity, and attention to detail. Elaine’s years at PHCC have made a lasting impact that will be felt for a very long time to come.

Thank you, Elaine, for 18 years of service and loyalty. We are wishing you a retirement filled with relaxation, joy, all of your favorite shows, and the people you love most. You will be missed, but you’ve earned this new chapter! 👏 Congratulations!

Congratulations to King Wint & Queen Liz of the North Wing and King Johnny & Queen June of the South Wing!

Levi Lucas sweetened the day by guessing the exact number of M&Ms in the jar, and Autumn Phillips won a prize after answering Valentine trivia questions like a pro! 💕

Nursing students from Concord University made the day even more special by bringing roses for every resident, and of course, we had to pull them into the Cupid Shuffle fun! 🌹💃 Wendy Wellman of Amedisys Hospice joined in as Cupid! 💘

National Wear Red Day is an initiative by the American Heart Association to bring awareness to women’s heart health. According to the AHA, cardiovascular disease is the leading killer of women, causing 1 in 3 deaths each year. Staggering statistics!

National Wear Red Day takes place on the first Friday in February each year. Here’s to bringing awareness and taking steps to improve heart health! 💪

⚔️ THE ANVIL: REAL LIFE APPLICATION ⚔️

Since we are out of the building again today due to weather, we wanted to highlight some service instead of our normal Anvil post. Faith isn't just about what happens in the chapel, it's about what you do when you leave there.

A few weeks ago, Coach Boothe took three of our students out for a boots-on-the-ground mission. Together, they visited Princeton Towers and Princeton Healthcare Center and distributed over 100 Gospel tracts to the residents there.

At MCA, we are striving to teach our Knights not just "head knowledge" about Christ, but to equip and encourage them to share the love of Christ.

This is what discipleship looks like in the real world. Great job, Knights!

We want to give one last shout out to this incredible group of ladies who make sure our residents have tons of fun and stay as busy and engaged as they want to be! 🎉 For Activities Week last week, they enjoyed games, gifts and small tokens of appreciation, a cookie cake, sweet treats, and some delicious lunches.

We truly can’t thank them enough. They are so much of what makes PHCC a home rather than just a facility. 🏡🤍
