Cucumber-Pear Electrolyte Refresher
π₯ 4-5 cucumber slices β rich in beta carotene to help calm inflammation
π 1/2 ripe pear, sliced thin β a great source of fiber for gentle digestion
π― 1 teaspoon honey or agave (optional) β natural sweetness with soothing antioxidants
π juice of 1/2 a lime β loaded with vitamin C to give your immune system a lift
sea salt β just a pinch to help your body hold on to hydration
π₯₯ 1/2 cup coconut water β a natural way to restore electrolytes after activity
π¦ 1/2 cup sparkling water β the more hydration, the better In a shaker or tall glass, muddle the cucumber slices and pear with lime juice and honey or agave until juicy.
Add a pinch of sea salt and pour in the coconut water.
Fill the glass with ice cubes, then top with sparkling water.
Stir gently and garnish with a cucumber ribbon or pear slice. Cheers! πΉ
