It became more and more obvious to me that our little town needed a place for like minded individuals and spiritual seekers. Gaia is much more than a yoga & meditation studio, much more than a metaphysical shop. It is a place for people to offer their spiritual gifts and wisdom, a place for people to gather and share...a platform for people to sell their products. From yoga, meditation & breathwork, to classes on spiritual paths, astrology, Reiki, Tarot, and commUNITY events, the Den is a place for everyone.

🚨Originally, we did have Yin on the schedule for tomorrow evening but going with the weather/ice/temps tomorrow…I will be closed!
*Thankfully we didn’t get the snow amounts they called for but ice, temps and potentially a little more snow….ewwww…
