IMPORTANT PSA:
I appreciate every one of you as clients. Your support has been a huge blessing to my family.
However,
It’s inevitable…. I have been trying really hard to not raise my prices. With that being said, I am making a few slight adjustments to help ease the burden.
The changes will ONLY take place with the 60 minute and 90 minute appts.
30 minute appts will continue as they have been.
I will be adjusting the price to correlate across the board to a per minute price.

I will be implementing a clinical hour (50 minutes) to keep the price of the 60 minute appts the same at $75.
90 minute appts (80 minutes) will be adjusted to $120.
Moving to the clinical hour will take place immediately, even if you are currently scheduled.
This price increase on the 90 minute appts will take place immediately for NEW clients and November 24th for existing clients.

If you prefer the full 60 or 90 minutes, I am happy to accommodate, but they will be charged at the per minute rates of $90 for 60 minutes and $135 for 90 minutes.

The new site is set up!
I also have a phone number! Please text for an appointment. You can call as well, but it’s much easier for me to text as I’m with clients most of the time! Or you can continue to use messenger.
Online booking is available! It is for existing clients only! If you aren’t in the system- it won’t allow you to book until you are in. Appointments are NOT guaranteed unless I confirm them. In other words, I wouldn’t show up unless you got a message stating I confirmed the appointment.
I only set up online booking for mornings (9-12) at this time! If you need a different time or the time you need is unavailable, reach out to me via messenger or text.

I am on a mission for a new scheduling system!
I did start a new one today and will hopefully have a phone number by Monday!
The link is posted here on this page with a “chat” button. That will send me a direct message or you can still message me on here!
Please feel free to give me feedback on the new system as I roll it out !

Is anyone interested in paying with debit/credit cards? I can start to set up the system- just know ahead of time that the processing fee will be added to your payment. Please let me know in the comments if that’s something you’d like!

Policies
Each appointment scheduled is given only to you. When you reschedule or cancel last minute, you are depriving me the opportunity to fill that space and ultimately wasting my time and causing me to lose income.
That income pays for my expenses such as rent, supplies, insurance and personal income. If I can’t afford to pay for these things, I cannot continue to stay open to serve you. Please be courteous with my schedule!

Reminders:
I try my best to remind each person of their appt in enough time to cancel or reschedule. That is a courtesy. You are responsible for knowing when your appointment is and will be liable for it whether or not I send a reminder.

Late arrival:
Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment to allow proper time for intake and dressing.
If you are late, you FORFEIT that time. Your FIRST appointment needs approximately 10 minutes for paperwork and intake. Your appointment time begins at your set time, so if you aren’t early to allow time for that, it comes out of your appointment. I cannot run over appointment times to properly accommodate following appointments.

Cancellation/Rescheduling:
Please contact me to reschedule or cancel 24 HOURS before your appointment. Failure to do so costs me that time that I could schedule another client.
Failure to cancel within the 24 hour timeframe and No call/ No shows will be charged 100% of their appointment cost.

If you have a gift certificate or prepaid, it will be forfeited in place of payment.

All policies will be enforced at my discretion. Things happen and I try to accommodate accordingly.
Failure to pay the fees results in my failure to put you back on my schedule.
Unfortunately my lack of policy has caused many to take advantage at my expense.

I have a few 30 minute slots over the next few weeks. If you are hurting and just need something quick or if you are unsure, don’t hesitate to reach out. 30 minute sessions are easy for me to work in!
