If you visit any bookstore and browse the personal growth section, it's UNBELIEVABLE how much content is out there.
Everybody has a solution to get our THIS together and THAT together.
The truth is that it's an inside job. And the other truth is, there is really NO TRUTH but your own.
Where you are is where you are, right? You can't be further or less along the way than you are right now. So BE WITH IT. EMBRACE IT.
You can read the books, you can take the courses, but it's a day-to-day, hour-to-hour, minute-to-minute job to get you to realize the best version of yourself.
Spend 10 minutes at the end of each day reflecting on how you move through the world and the situations you come across.
Think about moments where you bring people up rather than down, especially in your practice.
Ask yourself four questions...and answer them:
Did I mess up today?
How could I have been better/stronger/kinder?
What did I do right today?
​Is there anyone or anything I need to make amends to from my actions today?
Do this daily, and watch your vision get clear. Your vision of practice growth, personal growth, and community growth.
