What a wonderful morning at RiverOaks! Trilogy Support stopped by to spread some much needed Christmas cheer this busy holiday season! Our team works so hard each day caring for our residents while balancing family life at home. Today they were reminded just how much they are appreciated.
The support staff helped wrap gifts and handed out all types of gifts of snack bars, cups,Christmas candy, holiday earrings, and of course ENERGY drinks!

At Trilogy, we truly care about our teams. Today's visit was just one more example of that holiday spirit in action!

A Night of Christmas Cheer for RiverOaks!
RiverOaks staff and residents had a wonderful time at Saturday night's Christmas parade in downtown Princeton. The bus toured the streets with our candy throwers and a giant festive therapy dog! We tossed candy to the community and even got Santa to visit everyone on the bus!

Afterward, we were honored guest at the Filipino/American Christmas Party at the Knights of Columbus! Our own, Nursing Staff, Nida McGarrah and her group welcomed us for food,fellowship and amazing dancing! It was a beautiful night of holiday spirit and community!

A "Very Merry" tradition continues at RiverOaks! 🔔 Today we were thrilled to welcome the Princeton Community High School National Honor Society for their third annual holiday visit! What a Joyful day! The students helped decorate our Christmas trees 🎄 , adding sparking lights and festive ornaments, along with plenty of laughter and cheer! They enjoyed Pizza for lunch and spent the afternoon caroling, playing games, crafting, and making some very special connections! It's always a treat to host this great group of students! 🎁 Here's to many more joyful holiday visits! 🎅

Mark is one of the biggest Green Bay Packers fans you'll ever meet! His dream recently came true when a thoughtful friend surprised Mark and his wife Debbie, with two tickets to a Packers game in Wisconsin. But how would they get there? Well, RiverOaks of course, who made sure they traveled in style! Our campus van and a personal driver escorted them on a three-day/two night getaway to cheer on their favorite NFL team. They were also privileged to have a private tour of Lambeau Field before the game. Mark will never forget this amazing experience.
Thanks to Trilogy's LIVE A DREAM program, this unforgettable experience became a reality for such a wonderful couple. And the best part? Their beloved Packers even won the game on Sunday! Go Pack Go! What a truly special trip! 🏈

Congratulations to our very own Registered Nurse, Gretchen Meuser, for being voted the 2025 Gibson County BEST of the BEST Nurse! 👩🏼‍⚕️🩺

Gretchen started working here at RiverOaks as a Resident Care Associate in 2019. She earned her Associates degree in nursing from Vincennes University, receiving her nursing license in July of 2021, just after her 20th birthday. She worked in Med-Surg at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes for a year before coming back to her roots in 2022. Since then her heart has been in geriatric care. Gretchen has since earned her Bachelor's degree in nursing in 2024 all while working at RiverOaks and getting married. Her hobbies include exploring new coffee shops with her husband, going for walks, and reading.

We are proud to have Gibson County's BEST of the BEST Nurse working here at our campus! 🏆👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

A Joyful Centenarian Celebration!
RiverOaks Assisted Living proudly celebrated a remarkable milestone for our dear resident Alice W., who turned 101 years young this week!

Alice's special day was filled with love, laughter,and heartfelt memories. she was presented with a gorgeous bouquet of flowers from RiverOaks, along with a wonderful collection of cards from her friends and family. Each message and gesture brought a bright smile to her face as we honored her incredible journey and beautiful spirit!

Here's to Alice- 101 years of wisdom, joy, and inspiration!! 🎁 🎈 🎊 🎂 🎉
