Looking forward to the launch of “Steps that Connect” ❤️

🗓️Jan 22nd at 12:00.

🧣🧤Dress warm and wear comfortable shoes!
We will be walking main street in two shifts

⏰12-12:30 and then 12:30-1pm

🚶🏽‍➡️Walk with us for the entire time or for whatever time you have available.

🌡️If the weather temperature or winds are to low or to much we will be walking together inside at the Prouty Building using an online video platform.

Along with the in person connection we will be using the “step up” app to encourage each other to get regular movement in throughout the month.

Stay tuned to learn about the various incentives that will be offered to participants both for in person attendance and for movement tracked using the app.

NEW FEB 2026 CHALLENGE UNLOCKED!

This is great for individuals, families or even an opportunity to get your co-workers engaged in this fun healthy eating game. Companies can also take this challenge and offer their own incentives for their employees.

The Feb challenge will also have extra bonus challenge Ideas:

🥣 Make a soup or stew using 3 bingo items

🌈 Eat 3 different colors in one day

👨‍👩‍👧 Cook a new veggie with a friend or family member

Part of these challenges is to create community, celebrate success and improve accountability as we develop new habits and build on the healthy ones we already have. As you find, eat, or create meals using the foods on the card please share them with the group.

Starting this Thursday!

“Steps to Connect” community walking group will meet for the first time Jan 22nd.

If the weather conditions are not ideal we have an indoor plan ❤️

Please join us this Thursday at the Princeton Chamber of Commerce building. 12-1pm.

We will be walking in two shifts. 12-12:30 and 12:30-1pm
