I have an extensive knowledge of the workings of the human body. I understand how to treat muscles and fascia and provide relaxation and pain relief. I individualize each therapy session for my clients. I use multiple massage modalities and work to promote the health and well-being of my clients. I also regularly give clients advice or homework on how they can care for their muscles and fascia between massage therapy sessions. I am also well-educated in personal training and health and nutrition.

Pro tip: For a skin moisturizer, use a natural oil like grapeseed oil, olive oil, or coconut oil. Grapeseed oil is one of the lightest and absorbs very quickly. Olive oil and coconut oil have a much higher level of omega 3's, so they are better in respect to that. NEVER use any petroleum products which are usually called petrolatum or mineral oil. Almost all commercial lotions contain petroleum. They are made from crude oil. They clog your pores. And, they should never be used on the skin. This was one of the first things we learned at massage therapy school. "Baby oil" is not good for you or a baby.

Work till 4 or 5? No problem. I schedule up till 7 to accommodate those who work till 4 or 5. You can still get the healing benefits of massage therapy on days you work.
