Time has an interesting way of moving. It can be a beautiful dance, but sometimes it can feel like you’re stuck in line behind someone with 25 coupons or stuck in a riptide in the middle of the ocean trying to get to dry land 🙃
Embracing yourself is similar to the passing of time.
Your needs change daily, so make sure you’re exploring different ways to heal. If something isn’t working, try something new.
✨Massage therapy is best when your body is ready to receive it✨
• It’s completely ok to fall asleep during your session & snoring is welcome. Just try not to be shocked if it wakes you from the in-between realm some people experience.
• Deep breaths are encouraged & sometimes necessary when tension is being released.
• It’s totally normal to feel like a relaxed noodle after your massage.
Regular full body massage therapy is most beneficial & recommended.
It’s a good idea to do research on the type of massage therapy you would benefit from, or talk to your massage therapist about different modalities 🫶🏽
