Yoga 304 Studio Stephanie Stinson is a 500 RYT with over 19 years of teaching experience. Stephanie is a Silver Sneakers, Barre Above and Les Mills certified instructor.

Yoga 304 Studio offers classes for all levels and ages on Mon & Wed at 9:30am and Fri at 9am. $10/class; $45/month; Silver Sneakers and Renew Active participant. She has completed YogaFit for Athletes 100 HR Training, Yogafit for Warriors 100 HR Training, and several other specialized Yoga trainings including Yin Yoga.

**🌿 Wellness Wednesday – Spring Forward Edition 🌿**
*Preparing for the Season of Renewal*

After a long winter for many of us, March begins to bring subtle shifts. The days grow longer, the light returns, and we start to feel the gentle invitation to awaken again.

This weekend we **Spring Forward** as **Daylight Saving Time begins on Sunday**, giving us more evening sunlight and a reminder that a new season is unfolding.

Just as nature transitions slowly from winter to spring, our wellness journey doesn’t need to rush. Yoga teaches us that transformation happens in small, mindful steps—honoring the body, calming the mind, and nurturing the spirit along the way.

Here are a few simple ways to support your transition into this new season:

✨ **Start with hydration**
Begin your morning with a glass of water or warm lemon water to gently awaken your body and support digestion.

☀️ **Welcome natural light**
Step outside or sit near a window for a few minutes of daylight. Natural light helps regulate your circadian rhythm and boost your mood.

🌬️ **Take three intentional breaths**
Before you jump into the day, pause. Inhale deeply, exhale slowly, and allow your nervous system to settle.

🧘 **Practice mindful movement**
A few gentle stretches or a short yoga flow can help improve circulation, release stiffness, and create space in both body and mind.

🧠 **Check in with yourself**
Yoga invites awareness. Notice how you feel physically, emotionally, and energetically. Honor what your body needs today.

🌱 **A gentle reminder:**
Growth doesn’t happen overnight. Just like the earth slowly awakens in spring, your own renewal happens at its own pace.

Even when things appear still on the surface, transformation is happening beneath.
