🎉 Big day at CORE!

Today marked our first official patient in the new office — and while it got off to a bit (ok, definitely a lot more than a bit) of a stressful start (shoutout to the equipment that decided not to show up on time 😅), we made it happen!

Huge thank you to Cliff for being such a trooper and to everyone who reached out, and was there in person, with support and good wishes throughout the day — it truly means so much.

Here’s to new beginnings, growth, and helping even more people move, feel, and live better in this new space. 💪✨

They might sound alike, but they’re not the same!
🦵 Sprain → injury to a ligament (connects bone to bone)
💪 Strain → injury to a muscle or tendon (connects muscle to bone)

Both can happen during workouts, sports, or even daily movements. Each one needs proper recovery to avoid long-term pain.
⚠️ Don’t “walk it off” if it still hurts after rest. Getting it checked early means faster healing and fewer setbacks.
