🐪 Hump Day 5-Minute Mobility!

Let’s move into the end of the week feeling loose, open, and energized. Today we’re focusing on thoracic spine mobility — perfect for anyone who’s been sitting, driving, or just feeling stiff through the mid-back.

⏱️ 2 Exercises · 2 Rounds · 1 Minute Each
Rest: 15 seconds between exercises
1️⃣ Sidelying Thoracic Rotations (30 sec/side)
Lying on your side with knees stacked, reach your top arm across your body and open your chest toward the floor behind you.
Modification: Place a pillow between your knees for support.
2️⃣ Half-Kneel Thoracic Rotations (1 min)
In a half-kneeling position, hands reaching across your body, rotating your torso toward the front knee.
Modification: Hold onto a chair for balance.

💥 5-Minute Monday: Core Strength & Stability Edition 💥

It’s time to start the week strong — from the core! This 5-minute burner will challenge your stability, control, and endurance.

⏱️ Format:
2 exercises • 4 rounds • 30 sec/side or 60 sec total • 15 sec rest between rounds

🔆 Side Plank with Hip Dips (30 sec per side)
- Start in a side plank position, forearm under shoulder, body in a straight line.
- Lower your hip toward the floor, then lift back up — controlled and steady.

🔁 Modification: Drop the bottom knee to the floor for added support while keeping your core engaged.

🔆Slow Crossed Mountain Climbers (60 sec)
- Begin in a high plank position.
- Drive your right knee across your body toward your left elbow, then switch sides — move slowly and with control.

🔁 Modification: Perform with hands elevated on a bench or step to reduce wrist and core strain.

🔥 Let’s get after it this week!
Build stability, improve balance, and set the tone for a strong, focused week.
