Dear Patients and Friends,
In an attempt to continue slowing the spread of COVID-19, Governor Murphy signed Executive Order No. 107 earlier today, ordering all New Jersey residents to stay home and all non-essential businesses to close until further notice. Though the order does not limit the provision of medical or healthcare services, it is out of an abundance of caution and in the utmost interest of our patients’ health and safety that we have decided to temporarily suspend clinic operations. As of Monday, March 23rd, 2020 our clinic will be closed for the next two weeks, and more likely the foreseeable future, until this situation resolves. We will be reassessing the situation as it unfolds and will keep you informed of our status.
If you are a current patient and have an urgent need, please call us directly at 609-608-0181 or email us at princetonacuhealth@gmail.com. We will be reaching out in the upcoming days to reschedule appointments.
If you are out of herbs that you normally take, please let us know as we can arrange for them to be sent to you.
You may be experiencing anxiety, trouble sleeping, or an exacerbation of your condition during this terribly trying time. We are looking into remote telemedicine so that we may be able to guide you on acupressure or conduct herbal consultations to have herbs delivered to you.
For those who are new to our practice and would like to know how acupuncture or our services could help, we will still be offering our complimentary 15-minute phone consultations.
We are still here for you, just at a distance for now, and look forward to resuming your care in the safest manner possible. Please reach out to us should you have any questions or concerns.
Stay safe and be well.
Sincerely,
Dr. Zohra Awan, DAOM, L.Ac.
