Princeton Lifestyle Medicine

Princeton Lifestyle Medicine Dr. Lynne Kossow & Dr. Barbara Brown. We are a warm. compassionate , concierge Internal Medicine practice for adults age 18 or older.

We are happy and excited to introduce the Lifestyle Medicine program to our practice. Lifestyle Medicine is a growing area of evidence based medicine that addresses the mind-body connection and the profound impact of lifestyle behaviors on health. There is a large amount of evidence that changing one’s lifestyle choices can reverse and/or prevent many medical diseases including heart disease, strokes, cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. By practicing Lifestyle Medicine with our patients, we want to prevent and reverse diseases in a natural way, not just to treat diseases after they have been diagnosed.

Dr Kossow received her first COVID-19 Vaccine today thanks to Penn Med at Princeton. Drs. Brown and Rehor will be receiving their vaccines soon as well. The safety data thus far is extremely encouraging and the 95% efficacy rate in preventing the COVID-19 illness will be life-saving for many. We do strongly recommend that patients consider getting the vaccine once it becomes available to them. We also, of course, recommend that you discuss this personal decision with your health care provider. Stay safe everyone!
