Looking for a new kind of Happy Hour?

Well, belly up to our bar(bells) if you want to use your evenings for fitness instead.

➡️ Join us with some of your friends, or show up by yourself...we don't judge (and we will have others to keep you company). Your first three training sessions are on us and we have more discounts at sign-up!

✅️ Here's what's included:
-Evening openings for after-work fun
-A gym community that gets you buzzed
-Coaches that will know when to cut you off
-Results with no hangover

In all seriousness, we would love to have you training with us, and we have a few spots in our evening schedule just for you. This Happy Hour will be something you are proud to do consistently every week!

🔥CALORIE BURN🔥

Using our structured workouts only for the calorie burn is understandable, but it shouldn't be the main focus.

Nowadays, technology has gotten fancier, but still could be missing the mark when it comes to "calories burned" during workouts. Precision is getting better, but accuracy is still lacking.

Either way, use your workouts (cardio and strength training) to get the benefits they were designed to give you.

➡️ Burning calories is part of it, but it's not the primary focus. Plus, your calorie burn during workouts might not actually be as crucial as you think...but the benefits are.

⬇️ The more you know ⬇️

Our own definitions of optimal health can mean different things. But if you want to know how to use your fitness to improve your health, here are the guidelines:

➡️ At least 150 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic training a week

➡️ At least 2-3 days a week of progressive and periodized strength training that promotes muscle growth (60-90% of 1 rep max effort)

➡️ At least 75 minutes of higher intensity intervals or conditioning pieces

🔥 Bonus: being able to do all of these consistently each week, with proper recovery and nourishment
🔥 Bonus: reduce daily sedentary time (sitting or lying down for long periods of time)
🔥 Bonus: aim to consistently eat a diverse and wholesome diet that is protein-forward, has enough fiber, and matches your activity/goals

Before you try to "fix" a hundred things at once, try to consistently hit these first. These guidelines were made for a reason: they work for most and they are the base we all need as the general population...no matter what our goals are.

Work on the large brush strokes before you start spending time on the small details.

🔥 Free access to Open Gym and our large group HIIT Classes (when signed up to a training service)

➡️ There is no catch. Whatever you are currently paying at your gym will be the number of how much you save from our prices when you join.
