Introducing a new class on Tuesdays at 5pm!!
Marion will be teaching a Core Conditioning, group fitness class Tuesdays starting this week.
This class will be everything you want in a good workout - bo**ie burning, waist snatching, upbeat vibing fun to get your body feeling awesome. A blend of Pilates, barre and traditional resistance training moves. She’ll use blocks, bands, light weights, and mats. You could be barefoot, wear sticky socks or have your sneakers.
Payment Structure will be about same
$15 for a drop in or 5-class pass for $60
