Julie has been part of the Hallmark House family for nearly ten years, and her commitment continues to set the standard for what compassionate care truly means. Time and time again, she shows up for our residents and her teammates with steadiness, kindness, and an unwavering sense of responsibility.

Most recently, Julie went above and beyond by staying at Hallmark House during the snowstorms, ensuring our residents were safe, comfortable, and cared for no matter the circumstances. That kind of dedication can’t be taught, it comes from the heart.

We are incredibly thankful for everything Julie does, seen and unseen. Her selflessness, reliability, and genuine care make a lasting difference every single day.

There’s something special about Groundhog Day, it’s a little celebration right in the heart of winter. Today, we’re smiling and hoping our furry friend says spring is coming fast, because we can’t wait to soak up the sunshine and enjoy time outdoors together.

But if winter decides to stick around a little longer? That’s okay too. Here in Memory Care, we are cozy, comfortable, and right at home. Warm blankets, friendly faces, shared laughter, and familiar routines make every season feel just right.

Whether it’s early spring or six more weeks of winter, we’ll celebrate together, finding joy in the moment, comfort in our home, and warmth in each other.

We just want to take a moment to say thank you!!
This snowstorm hasn’t been easy, and watching our staff show up, help each other out, and be there for our residents has meant so much.

Julie, Renata and Nadine, you all went above and beyond and we see you. Truly thank you.

And to all of our staff who made the effort to come in, stay late, or step up however you could: our residents and their families appreciate you more than you know, and so do we. We couldn’t do this without you.

To our residents’ families: please stay safe out there. Your loved ones are in good hands, and we’ll continue to take care of them through the storm.
