🧘🏼♀️ Ignite Pilates Move of the Week: Bird Dog with Leg Curl:
Advanced:
- Start on all fours on your mat. Lift one arm and your opposite leg at the same time keeping them both straight
- Once they’re both straight, you will reach back with your arm while bending your leg until you touch them both (hamstring curl)
- After, bring your arm and leg back into the straight position and lower them to the mat
- Complete 30 seconds on one side and 30 seconds on the next
Modified:
- Work on your balance by completing the first half of the advanced version taking out the hamstring curl!
