🧘🏼‍♀️ Ignite Pilates Move of the Week: Bird Dog with Leg Curl:

Advanced:
- Start on all fours on your mat. Lift one arm and your opposite leg at the same time keeping them both straight
- Once they’re both straight, you will reach back with your arm while bending your leg until you touch them both (hamstring curl)
- After, bring your arm and leg back into the straight position and lower them to the mat
- Complete 30 seconds on one side and 30 seconds on the next

Modified:
- Work on your balance by completing the first half of the advanced version taking out the hamstring curl!

Introducing… Ignite Move of the Week 🤩

🧘🏼‍♀️ Ignite Pilates Move of the Week: Tricep Push Up, Leg Extension

Advanced:
- Start on your mat with both hands at the top and balancing on one knee
- Drop your chest down into a tricep push up. As you drop, extend the leg not on the mat above you to create a straight line with your body
- As you come back up, bring your foot back down to the mat.
- Alternate sides for one minute!

Modified:
- Start on your mat with both hands and knees on the mat.
- Do a tricep push-up either on your knees or on your toes, however you prefer
- As you come back up, lift one of your legs up into a leg extension
- Alternate sides for one minute!

- Drop down one arm at a time into a forearm plank
- Push back up into a high plank
