🔥Move of the Week: Tricep Push Up Crouch Back🔥

Advanced:
- Start in a high plank with your elbows underneath you
- Keep your arms close to your body as you drop your body down to the mat into a push up
- Bring your body back up into a high plank never letting your arms leave your sides. Keep them tight to work that tricep muscle
- Once you’re in your high plank, shift your body backwards keeping your knees off the mat, and crouch back. Push your body back into a high plank and repeat the move
- Continue for one minute!

Modified:
- Same as advanced just on your knees versus your toes!

🔥 Move of the Week: Surf Squat Jump 🔥

Advanced:
- Start facing the ignite wall and squat low keeping your chest up and pushing your hips back
- As you stand up, use your arms to pull yourself up and around to face the opposite wall. Once you turn, you will land in a squat.
- Repeat & continue for one minute!

Modified:
- Start facing the ignite wall and squat low keeping your chest up and pushing your hips back
