Exciting news! I am now seeing patients at Acupuncture RI (), the practice of the amazing Dr. Sara Ryan. I am thrilled about this opportunity for myself and for my existing clients. We have closed down the space at 37 Willow Street, which was only meant to be temporary as we figured out how to safely run a practice during the height of COVID in 2020. I know you will find the space at Acupuncture RI to be welcoming and relaxing. Call the number in my profile to schedule an appointment with me. I look forward to seeing you soon in the new location!

happening in our space right now. What is it used for? Wrinkles, redness, dark spots, acne, tension, puffiness, premature aging. And a lot more. Unlike other cosmetic procedures, this is a treatment that brings the whole body into balance. It treats not only the skin’s surface, it also supports all the vital organs. It is completely safe, and it’s been in use since the Sung Dynasty (960-1270AD).

Cosmetic acupuncture can and should be used in conjunction with Gua Sha, herbal formulas, facial cupping, derma rollers, and serums, and it will be a great compliment to any products you already use.

Soon we’ll be opening our schedule for a limited number of Cosmetic Acupuncture appointments each week. AND We are partnering with some carefully selected companies to bring you options to keep your skin and your whole body healthy. Stay tuned for updates.

If you sign up for our newsletter through the link in our bio, you’ll be among the first to hear about appointment openings for cosmetic acupuncture, and to get a celebratory discount on our new product offerings!

Scenes from Monday’s Tai Chi/Qi Gong class in our yard, taught by Marcus Gardner. This class happens every Monday at 6pm (weather permitting) and is a beginner level class, though all are welcome. $15/person payable to Marcus in class.

Marcus first came to this practice at 19, after a car accident left him with a severed sciatic nerve and very limited mobility. He credits his Tai Chi and Qi Gong practice with healing that injury completely. During class he talks about the ways these ancient practices are used to heal the body by moving Qi, in ways very similar to acupuncture. DM us or visit the link in our bio for more info.

Whether you are healthy or experiencing illness, make yourself a big batch of nourishing and drink a cup or two a day. We made ours with onion, lots of ginger, lots of garlic, carrots, parsnips, winter squash, cabbage, leafy greens, radish, shiitake mushrooms, seaweed (dulse and kelp), celery, bay leaves, anise, turmeric, salt and pepper. But use what is available to you in the form of whole, nutritious foods. Your broth does not need to be as elaborate as ours. Make it taste good. Drink it warm, a cup or two a day as part of a meal or as a snack. , nourish your body and support your immune system in the ways that are available to you. @ Willow Tree Wellness
