1. When is the last time you looked up during the day? We spend a lot of time looking down and not much time looking up. Your neck will thank you for looking up more.
2. We are born as nose breathers and as life goes on we become more stressed and start breathing through our mouth. A great book to read is Breath by James Nestor! Nose breathing is so beneficial for your health!
3. There are always things to be stressed about and this world can be crazy at times. Taking some time to ponder on the things you are grateful for is great for your mental health.
4. Who else feels like they are missing a part of themselves when they don't have their phone with them? Taking at least 10 minutes a day to disconnect, and disconnect outside, is so healthy for your brain. Try to find moments of quiet to let your brain get a much needed break.
