But in all seriousness I eat clean 99 percent of the time because I FEEL better when I do. My body feels very different when I consume a meal like this vs a clean home-cooked nutrient dense meal- and so I CHOOSE to eat food that makes me FEEL good, it's as simple as that- it is a choice I make daily, because I WANT to provide my body what it needs to thrive!

I don't EVER feel deprived or like I am restricted in any way.
