I’m offering five grief yoga classes around Rhode Island this March!!

These are quiet, gentle spaces to move, breathe, and sit with whatever you’re carrying. Grief shows up in so many ways. Loss of a person, a relationship, a version of yourself, something you thought would be. You do not have to explain it or package it neatly here.

No yoga experience needed. This is not about performance. It is about being in a room where you do not have to hold it all together.
If you have been meaning to give yourself somewhere to land, this could be that place.

February is shaping up to be a busy one!!

I’ll be offering 6 Grief Yoga classes around Rhode Island, along with a 75-minute pop-up yin class at Barre & Soul.

These classes are slow and supportive, created to meet you wherever you are in your grief. Whether it feels loud, quiet, confusing, or heavy, you don’t need any prior yoga experience, only a willingness to show up as you are.

In our journey through grief, it's like we're piecing together a mosaic of healing—one where each piece represents a different practice that supports us. While yoga asanas bring grace to our bodies, let's not forget the other practices that bring tranquility to our souls. Meditation offers us a moment of peace in the chaos. Pranayama (breath work) teaches us that even in moments of deep sorrow, our breath is a constant companion, guiding us towards calmness. And through mindfulness, we find the strength to be present with our grief, acknowledging it without judgment. Let's embrace all these practices, building a holistic path towards healing.
