If you owned a Rubik’s Cube when it was the world’s biggest craze 45 years ago, it may be time to schedule your colonoscopy.

March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, and advocacy can help save lives.

Rhode Islanders can help expand access to colorectal cancer screening by contacting their U.S. House representative and encouraging them to support efforts that improve screening access.

Call Congressman Gabe Amo at 202-225-4911 or Representative Seth Magaziner at 202-225-2735 and ask them to support initiatives that improve access to colorectal cancer screening.

Early detection saves lives.

💙 Wear Blue Day 💙

Tomorrow we will be wearing blue to raise awareness for colon cancer and to stand with patients and families impacted by this disease.

Colon cancer is one of the most preventable cancers — and one of the most treatable when caught early. Screening saves lives.

If you’re 45 or older — or have a family history — talk to your provider about getting screened. Don’t wait for symptoms.

Early detection makes all the difference. 💙
