Longer, warmer days are coming. ☀️🤍🫶

Soon our days will be longer than our nights. No more coats, hats, or gloves. Windows down and open, and the sun will set after dinner and not before. ✨️

Just a few weeks left. 👏

It’s all going to get better. 🫶

Sometimes it will take time, and there will be good days and bad days. The important thing to keep in mind is that no matter what, it’s going to get better. You have so many wonderful things that you don’t even know are on the way yet.

Keep your head up high, and try to stay positive. It’s all going to be just fine. 🤍

You deserve a partner who loves and accepts you for all that you are, unconditionally. No guessing games, no ultimatums, and no mind games. Just genuine love, acceptance, and solid communication. 🤍

Slowing down doesn’t make you lazy–it makes you self-aware.

Rest isn’t something you earn, it’s something you deserve and need. This weekend, if you can, try and take some time to rest and relax. No rushing, no places to be. Just you, maybe family, friends, or pets. Give yourself some time to recenter and reset. 🫶

You've worked hard and persevered so many times, and that's something worth celebrating. 🫶

All couples go through rough seasons. There are tons of reasons this can happen, but just because you’re feeling disconnected, doesn’t mean it has to stay that way. You can grow back together, and maybe become even closer than you were before.

Ask each other some reflection questions, such as the ones outlined in this video. Asking better questions, and making an effort to reconnect can make all the difference. 🤍

Perfection is overrated anyway. 🤍

You will always be growing and learning, and that’s okay. Everyone else will be, too. Let the past be the past. Don’t let it hold you back. 🫶

02/26/2026

No matter what you’re going through right now, please know that you can get through it. Believe in yourself. Everything will work out. 🤍

02/25/2026

You deserve the best. 🤍

No matter what anyone says, you deserve real, kind, and genuine love. 🫶

02/24/2026

Relax. 🤍

Take a nice, deep breath. Let the rest of the world fade away for a moment. Reset, and recenter.

You've got this. 🫶

What if the best case scenario happens, instead of the worst?

Sometimes our thoughts and worries get really, really loud–but that doesn’t mean that those concerns are going to become reality. When you find yourself stressing about something, try to shift your focus to something more positive. For some that could be taking a walk, talking to someone trustworthy, exercising, or playing with a pet. Try and figure out what works best for you. 🤍

At the end of the day, you deserve to feel peace, and be at peace in your life. You can overcome anything. If you’re not sure where to start, answer this question: What brings you peace or happiness?

Think about it, and then make a list of all the things that bring you peace or happiness, and then refer to it as needed when you start stressing or overthinking. 🫶
