Small steps are still steps in the right direction. It doesn’t have to be huge progress all at once, it can be small, little things that will lead to big change over time. 🤍

Try not to be so hard on yourself. 🫶

Your worth will never be measured by your progress. 🫶

Whether you were just surviving or thriving this year, please know that your worth isn’t measured by how much progress you made. Not every year has to be full of big goals and huge progress. It’s okay if you had a slow year full of small wins, like getting out of bed in the morning when you didn’t want to, or going on a walk a few times a week. The little things matter just as much as the big things. 🤍

The right person will love all your silliness and quirks. Always be yourself, and don’t let anyone tell you that you’re too much. The right one will never think you’re too much, they’ll just see it as you being yourself. 🫶

Just a few ideas to help fill your cup when you’re off during the holidays! These may seem like small things, but the little things really do add up. Do what you can to prioritize rest especially, as this is one of the best times of the whole year to do it. 🫶

How to release the pressure valve that often builds up in relationships during the holiday season. 🤍

In this week’s Mindful Minute, Chelsea provides some ways that couples can reconnect and release some of the pressure surrounding the holidays. The holidays can be a stressful time of the year for many of us. There’s a lot we expect from ourselves, and things others expect from us as well. It’s all too easy to get caught up in everything that’s going on, and that can sometimes cause a disconnect for many couples.

If that sounds like you and your partner right now, consider trying one of these tips, and see if it helps get you and your partner to reconnect during this holiday season!

A few different ways to help manage stress when you’re busy. 🤍

Stress is a part of life, but it doesn’t have to take over your whole life. Get creative, try different things, and figure out what works best for you. Sometimes it takes a little time and experimentation, but when you find something that works, you’re going to be in a much better place mentally and physically.

You never know, something like meal prepping when you know you’re going to be busy might be the best thing you’ve ever done to help with your stress levels. Or, taking a few deep breaths might be exactly what your nervous system needs. You won’t know until you try it!

You did so well. 🤍

You have so much to be proud of. Hold onto the things that bring you joy and peace. Your wins deserve to be celebrated, no matter how small they are.
