Join Rosy on Nov 16 at 3PM in Melrose for a 60-minute Inversion Workshop focused on building strength, alignment, and confidence from the ground up. We’ll warm up, work on flexibility, and break down the foundations of tripod headstand, headstand, side crow, and crow.

You’ll learn skills, modifications, and techniques to help you safely explore going upside down — finding your breath, focus, and a whole new perspective along the way.
