Today was extra special with some pet therapy fun as we got to meet our caregiver Britany’s new puppy, Max 🐶✨
From tiny paws to big smiles, Max stole hearts and brought so much joy to our residents. There’s just something magical about puppy cuddles—they spark laughter, comfort, and connection in the best way.

We are so grateful for moments like these that brighten our day and remind us why pet therapy is so powerful 🐾❤️

We had the sweetest time making truffles today — the perfect Christmas treat! From rolling and decorating to carefully deciding who got how many (and even which side of the plate was ours 😉), there were lots of laughs and friendly negotiations all around.

❄️☃️ Elf Hats On… Let the Snowball Shenanigans Begin! ☃️❄️

Today’s forecast at Cache Valley Assisted Living:
✔️ Indoor snow
✔️ Flying snowballs
✔️ Lots of giggles
✔️ BIG smiles everywhere 😄

Our residents went all in on an indoor snowball fight, complete with festive elf hats and nonstop laughter. Snowballs were tossed, laughter echoed, and joy filled the room—proof that you’re never too old for a little winter fun!

This is what life at CVAL looks like: playful moments, shared laughs, and making memories together. 💙

Who needs real snow when you can have THIS much fun inside?! 😄
Our indoor snowball fight had residents laughing out loud, tossing “snow,” and showing off their best throws. The smiles were BIG, the laughter was contagious, and the joy filled the room! 💙
