How do breast implants actually work?

Saline implants arrive filled with about 300ml of air.

During surgery, the air is removed and replaced with saline.

I did my research on having my breast augmentation/encapsulation done. I found that Doctor Luciano was the most reasonably-priced and qualified Surgeon to do my procedure. That was just my intake from reading the reviews. After meeting with him and his staff, I was very happy I had made the decision I made. My breasts look fantastic and Natural. Everyone was professional conscientious and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends or family, and already have. 😁 I do hope he uses my Before & After pictures on his website so people can see what an excellent job he did. - Heather Beckler

I was really hesitant with going for a consultation with Dr. Luciano because of an experience that I had with another Surgeon last year. I was really nervous going into this appointment with Dr. Luciano BUT he was absolutely so great! He was really kind and patient. He answered any questions that I had. I had Tummy Tuck and Lipo on September 15th and I couldn’t be happier with the process and the results. Dr Luciano and his staff are so beyond amazing. Dr Luciano knew I was so nervous the morning of my procedure but he made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I am so glad I went with Dr Luciano. I would absolutely recommend anyone to him.
