Are you the caregiver of an autistic/possibly autistic child? Feeling overwhelmed and needing support?
Holding it All is a space that centers YOU - offering connection, emotional processing, grounding, and gentle guidance alongside others who "get it."
Parenting an autistic/possibly autistic child can feel overwhelming, and at times, deeply isolating. You may be doing everything you can and still feel like it's not enough or worry that you're not doing it "right."
This group offers a supportive space to step out of survival mode and feel less alone. With other parents who truly "get it," you'll have room to process your parenting experience, make meaning of what you're going through, and reconnect with yourself.
Through a combination of gentle tips and tricks to reconnect with yourself and thoughtful group conversation, we'll explore stress, burnout, grief, shame, attachment, sensory overwhelm, and nervous system regulation. This is not a parenting skills group - it's a space that centers YOU: your emotions, your body, and your wellbeing.
This group is led by Dr. Miriam Khiari, a psychologist with 10 years of diverse experience supporting autistic individuals and their families across therapy, evaluations, school-based settings, parent groups, and research on autism and motherhood.
Open to any parent/caregiver of an autistic/possibly autistic child, at any stage of the journey. No formal diagnosis is required. Come as you are.
