Arbor Hill Assisted Living is a provider of affordable assisted living for seniors of modest means.

Arbor Hill Assisted Living is located in the heart of historic Federal Hill area in Providence and provides housing and services for seniors of modest means. It is a fully licensed assisted living facility in the state of Rhode Island and is a member of the Rhode Island Assisted Living Association and LeadingAge RI. It offers assisted living facilities with housing units for one to two persons with full dining, personal care and medication assistance, health services, housekeeping, laundry and transportation as well as a wide-variety of planned activities and outings. Services at Arbor Hill are provided with the goal of giving residents the opportunity to maintain independence with dignity and respect in a caring community, in a place that truly feels like home.

Valentine's Day 2026: the "Cupid Crew" from AARP Rhode Island visited Arbor Hill Assisted Living along with Providence Mayor Brett Smiley. The crew went door-to-door and through our activities room to bring flowers, cards and many smiles to our residents' faces!

Happy Valentine's Day from everyone at Arbor Hill Assisted Living! To get in the spirit, we decorated wooden spoons with hearts and red sparkly tinsel and rose petals. All it takes is a glue gun, art supplies and some creativity. They came out beautiful!

What a fabulous trip we made to The Lodge Pub & Eatery restaurant in Lincoln. Residents enjoyed the homestyle cooking and comfort food that was on the menu.

Our favorite "sub" for exercise, Nicole, surprised us and came over to teach a class in Zumba and belly dancing. We really missed her!! Residents did a great job and had fun, too.

Who doesn't love it when a friendly dog visits?! We had Jen from Blue Cross Blue Shield come to Arbor Hill to do an exercise class with her dog, Wilbur. Our residents LOVED having Wilbur come. He has come in the past and is always a huge hit!!!

Our nurse's granddaughter's school has a "kindness club" and they donated to our Arbor Hill residents lots of goodie bags filled with snacks and personal care items. How awesome and kind!

Enjoyed our trip to Lang's Bowl-a-Rama for a great time bowling! Always a fun time - plus our residents got to work on their balance, coordination, muscle strengthening, flexibility, and cognitive function as well as social connection. What a great sport!!!

We enjoyed a "Friday Flicks" showing of the Superman movie on the big screen in the Program Room of the Lincoln Public Library this past weekend. And then we went to the Asia Grille near the Lincoln Mall for lunch. Our residents love this place - very affordable lunch specials and delicious food!

Happy New Year, everyone! We celebrated in fun Arbor Hill style by playing a saran wrap ball game with prizes and games, and then enjoyed food, music, and mock champagne before doing our own countdown. Cheers to 2026!

Dave Marchetti visited Arbor Hill, bringing his reptiles to share with our residents. Our nurse's grandkids were on hand to experience the friendly and cute creatures - snakes, turtles, and more (including a rabbit). Loved seeing all the smiles and fun everyone was having petting these animals! Extending thanks to Blue Cross for helping us to fund this special activity.
