All schedules have been updated on our website, in the PPY app and on Mindbody. If you’re shoveled out and comfortable driving we hope to see you! ✨

We’re missing you in the studio and we hope everyone is safe and warm! We thought we’d share some post-shoveling moves you can do at home to nurture your spine and back-body musculature after digging yourselves out!

• Forward Fold @ The Wall — focus on hanging the head and directing the expansion of your breath to the back of your ribs. try to sense spinal decompression and spinal length, 8-10 deep breath cycles

• Spinal Undulation @ The Wall — use the wall to gather feedback on segmenting your spine as you roll up and down. keep your knees unlocked/bent and arms/skull heavy, allowing your head to be the last thing that touches the wall on the roll up. 5-10 cycles (up/down = 1)

• Thoracic Circles — maintain even weight in your seat and draw circles with your ribcage around the stability of the seat. sense moving the ribs through side bending, rounding as you come forward and a tiny backbend as you come up. try to keep the neck neutral. 5 each direction

• Cat/Cow —> Barrel Rolls — move through flexion/extension and then roll the ribs around like you were trying to scrape the inner edges of a barrel.

• Elbow —> Wrist — take one hand to the side or back of skull (keep your neck neutral) and twist through open and closed directions. focus on keeping your pelvis stacked above the knees while turning through the ribcage. 8-10 each side

• Back Body Breath — lay down over a rolled blanket or towel (a pillow works too) and focus on rounding the upper back slightly. just like in the fold at the beginning, focus on breathing into the back of the ribs and sensing expansion through the musculature. let everything soften naturally on the exhale. 8-10 deep breaths.

• Supported Backbend — place the rolled up blanket under your shoulder blades and bring your head to the floor or a pillow. take the arms wide and focus on moving the shoulder blades towards the spine to sense expansion through the chest. lean into the support of the floor and props, be heavy. stay as long as you like!

We hope these help! If you give it a try let us know how it feels in the comments. 👇🏼

BIO: Ryanne Dahm, 200 HR RYT | 45 HR Yin training

Ryanne discovered yoga in 2019 while searching for a form of movement that felt enjoyable rather than something to dread. What began as a physical practice quickly evolved into a transformative lifestyle, reigniting a passion within her that she hadn’t realized was missing. This newfound love for yoga inspired her to deepen her practice and share it with others, which lead her to complete her 200-hour certification in 2023. Ryanne continued her education in 2025 with a 45-hour yin training. As a teacher, her goal is to create a space for students to cultivate growth in mind, body, and spirit while guiding them on their unique yoga journey.

Join this weekend for a special workshop focusing on the Chakras!

Explore the physical, subtle, and emotional layers of the chakra system through the lens of the anatomical core.

In this two-hour workshop, we’ll explore the seven primary chakras and how each one expresses itself in the body and in lived experience. You’ll move through seven distinct, thoughtfully designed sequences. Each intended to bring awareness to a specific chakra.

Come prepared to move. You’re welcome to bring a journal; gentle prompts will be offered for reflection, writing, or meditation throughout the workshop.

Sign up via the PPY app, on Mindbody or through our website! ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜

In community with , and we are offering space for all.

Yoga is not just what we do — it’s how we live. On Friday we welcome you to…

• Step away from productivity and consumption
• Tend to your nervous system
• Practice alongside others who are feeling the weight of this moment

Yoga is a practice rooted in the values of non-violence, truthfulness, compassion and collective responsibility. Let’s step in to practice together. 💜

⚠️ STUDIO REMINDERS ⚠️

Full boot trays are a sign that Winter is here and the studio is getting busier! We’re excited to welcome old friends and new faces so we thought we’d take a moment to share a few reminders on studio etiquette…

• PURPLE DOTS: All practice spaces are marked with purple dots. If you’re attending a class that is full, please center the top edge of your mat with a purple dot on the floor. We don’t mind if you spread out when classes aren’t busy but at busier times please use the space markers.

• WAITLISTS: As we get busier, particularly on weekends, classes will start to wait list. It does work, so please sign yourself up! If you’re in a class that is waitlisted and you can’t come ✨please✨ cancel your reservation so we can let someone else in. At this time we don’t have late-cancel fees but we do ask that you release your spot to someone else.

• PARKING/TRAFFIC: We know parking has become increasingly difficult lately. We are working on it but if you are running late to class for any reason, please call to let us know (if you’re able) so we can let the teacher know to expect you AND so we don’t give your spot away if there’s a waitlist.

Thanks so much for being here! We look forward to practicing with you. 💜
