Second Blizzard of 2026
Total Alleviation will be closed Monday. My daughter's school is closed and finally a true snow day with no distance learning. This has not happened since 2020 when the world ended. This little girl of mine could not be happier to have a actual snow day. It's suppose to be perfect snow for building a snowman ⛄️

Reminder to take it slow, take lots of breaks and ask for help if you need it. Let us help our neighbors who might need it and even if they don't. Let us still help each other out. As kindness & love is the best way to spread world peace.... even if it's only in our neighborhood that's how we start a "snow ball" effect. One act of kindness at a time.

What is a Reiki Share & More you ask.
✨️Practice a new skill or refresh an old one. Whether it's working on an Energy Ball, Seed/ Chanting Sounds, Spiritual Elevator or more. Let's practice
✨️We are able to give and receive mini Reiki session. As it is very important to recharge ourselves as Reiki Practioners.
✨️ I like to have discussions of other things Reiki might do for us. Even things that we see differently. Some people connect movies, books, now with social media content too. Let's chat all things weird and see where it takes us. 🧙‍♀️ 👽👾🌌

Interested in setting up your own altar space. Here is some helpful tips:
✨️ Find an area that you can leave set up overnight, for days or weeks etc.
🔮 Add some crystals. *Having one with a point up to the ceiling helps direct energy up to the Divine (Universe, God, Angel's, whatever you feel comfortable saying.)
🌿 Some Sage, or Palo Santo, maybe even some Incense. *Use to recharge crystals, cleanse space & self too.
🪴 I have some plants to bring and earthy touch (even if they are fake it works as it's all in your intent)

How to use altar space
🧿 You may set up a crystal grid with a intention. Or maybe you like to sit infront of space and try some meditation, even if your talking aloud as quite meditation takes practice. Or maybe you just like to look over at space and then go about your day. Whatever it is make it yours and enjoy! 🧘‍♀️🌈💖

Reiki Classes are here for 2026

Reiki is the Universal Life Force Energy which we all have within us because we are all energy. Come learn how to do self reiki, or maybe you wish to practice on friends and family, maybe even for your clients. Reiki class is open to all. I hold class right out of my studio in Providence, RI.

We will give and receive Reiki as well as have open discussions with other things Reiki can open up. Maybe you have more questions about crystals, mediumship, spiritual elevator or anything else that pops up. Let's deepen the conversation together.

Cost of classes:
~ Reiki I $150 9-5pm (1 hour lunch)
~ Reiki II $250 9-5pm (1 hour lunch)

~ *Reiki III Masters $500 8 week course that is individually scheduled out to best fit our schedules.
~ *Reiki IV Teacher $200

Super excited to share this post as a dear friend of mine, Instagram .moon26 and Facebook Bleu Moon Craftsmanship Helped me update the bathroom at my studio. Great customer service, very helpful with decisions that fit best and done within a reasonable time frame too.

Can't wait for school to start but don't have a sitter. Don't stress I have your back still. I can set up the yoga mats, pillow and blanket and your child can have some relaxation time as well. You might be surprised how they rest or even fall asleep in the tranquil room.
