If you are suffering from chronic low back pain or hip pain, let me show you my number one recommendation for at home relief.

The so as muscle lies deep in the abdomen, and when it’s tight, it can affect both the low back, the pelvis and the hip. Because of its location, it’s hard to stretch and difficult to massage. So doing a manual release of the so as is the most effective way to lengthen that muscle.

In my office, I do this by hand pretty effectively, but people aren’t generally come in often enough for long lasting results.
