Have you tried Chair Yoga with Janie Ganga yet? You may be surprised that it can be Dynamic – you can dial up the level of challenge if you want. Or keep it more mellow if that works better for you and your body for any reason. We use gravity to build strength and play with balance. We work with the fingers, toes, ankles, and wrists to maintain and build dexterity, circulation, and brain health. And we end with a chanting meditation that’s Relaxing – and also happens to be a well-documented technique for managing anxiety & depression.
