Cornell's BBQ took excellent care of us for our Corporate summer party this year with BBQ that he personally smoked and watched over for more than 12 hours so it would be fresh and ready for us. It was delicious!

If you are on the Wasatch front, we highly recommend him to supplement any of your holiday feasts! You normally have to line up at the crack of dawn at the summer Farmer’s Market in Ogden to get a chance at the best BBQ in Utah!

Meet Kelly Trolin! Kelly is the wonderful Activity Director at our Parkdale Health and Rehab facility.
She says: "I have two amazing girls 11 and 9. I have had the pleasure of spending almost half of my life with their daddy. We have been married for 13 yrs. together for 15 yrs. We moved to Colorado in 2011 when our oldest was born and built a life of ten years of Derby's dirt bike racing and hanging out with great friends. We spend most of our summer on the Lake, we are definitely a water family. We live life to the fullest every chance we can. I started working for a Home Health Care in 2014 and I fell in love with the stories. All of my Clients and Residents have the most amazing stories to tell. I did the Scheduling for 500 Clients across the western slope of Colorado for Six and a Half years. We moved back to Carbon county in June of 2021, and I started working for Parkdale in July as the Housekeeping Manager and Transportation Driver, I fell in love with one-on-one time I was getting to do with going to and from appointments, finding out things they like to do and what likes and dislikes they have. I started in Activities in October last year and I love getting to be the person that everyone is happy to see. I get to bring the fun and smiles to everyone around me. I love planning the fun activities and parties. I look forward to what My future brings in both my family and in my career."
