Q96 has been around about 20 years. The founder is Tony Stephens. His story is so long and was introduced by Discovery Channel along with other stories that brought me to tears. I know some of my brain functions were less than desirable. I have always refused to label myself because I realize that what I dwell on is what I get. I also realized that I had to do something about the declining brain health. I started on the Q96 at the end of June 2015. What has disappeared is: Fear, Stress, Nervous Energy, Short term memory loss. I Am Decisive; I Am Confident; I Am Calm; I Am Memory able; I Am energetic; I Am seeing better, I AM HAPPY.
